2. If there is not a stop in your area, on Portola or Chester commuter routes, you may flag the bus down by waving. The bus may stop only in areas where safe and shoulder is fully accessible. During hours of darkness you will need a flashlight. Please be sure to note the time indicated for the previous bus stop to estimate when bus will pass your stop,
3. Locate the time indicated in the Timetables adjacent to your stop.
4. Be sure to locate return trip information if returning the same day.
5. Bring this schedule with you in the event you need to contact us for further information.
6. Be on the side of the road the bus is traveling.
7. Quincy local evening bus only runs when FRC is in session.
8. All times are departure times, so be there at least 5 minutes before. If you are not a regular rider call to let us know you will be at that stop, and especially for flagstops.

Rules & Restrictions
The following rules and restrictions are for the safety of all systems passengers. Failure to follow them may result in removal from vehicle and in some cases up to a $ 250.00 fine
- Appropriate fare must be provided upon boarding. Driver's are not permitted to make change.
- No eating, drinking, or playing sound equipment while on board.
- Boisterous or unruly behavior, including but not limited to the use of profane language, disturbing or hassling driver or other passengers, and/or engaging in acts of civil disorder is prohibited at all times.
- No pets, except service animals, will be allowed on board any Plumas Transit vehicle.
- No hazardous material may be brought on board, i.e. gasoline containers, car batteries, or other materials / substances which may jeopardize the health or safety of others.
- Weapons of any kind are prohibited on Plumas Transit vehicles.
- All items carried on must be secured by owner in a manner that does not obstruct aisles, emergency exits and other seating.
- Infants and small children must be removed from strollers when riding. Strollers must be closed while in transport.
- Children seven (7) years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. ( Driver has discretion to refuse service for unaccompanied older youth pending parental approval for youth to travel alone.)
- Dogs are not allowed unless they are a service dog.
