Plumas Transit New Buses

Quincy, CA –  Plumas County Transit System received three new buses this year and are operating within Plumas County.  They carry 30 passengers and are all wheelchair capable.  The new buses have larger heaters and air conditioners which will make our ridership more comfortable during the winter and summer months.

Plumas County Transit is the area’s main provider of Public Transportation with trips to Reno on Mondays and Fridays (except holidays)  leaving in front of SAVMOR in East Quincy and a trip to Chico on Wednesdays  (except holidays) also leaving from SAVMOR  in East Quincy   (currently the rates are $12.00 one way to Chico and Reno.  Additionally,  we provide bus transportation to Portola, Greenville, and Chester. Service is also provided to Graeagle, Blairsden, and other areas in the county. In addition, PCT operates a local Quincy "inner-city" route five times a day.   Stop by the  Transit Office located between  DMV and SAVMOR to get schedule times and brochures, or you can get  schedules and times from the bus drivers if you ride the bus.  Additionally, you can get the times and schedules through our WEBSITE www.plumastransit.com.  For questions or general comments call 283-2538.
